One of the many great benefits about huge amounts of exercise and eating right is that you can stray a bit every now and then and you can have some awesome food without any guilt.
Holland has stroopwafels which are two thin wafel layers with a caramelish syrup between them.

Search around and find some in the US and probably other countries and it is a good excuse to go to the Netherlands. One that is wonderful, but not completely authentic is a maple and honey version from Canada from Shady Maple Farms, but you can find many others at online specialty shops.
Now go out and run, play some volleyball, ride your bike, or do whatever is fun and keeps you fit. Then find some of these bits of ambrosia.
You can eat them as they are or heat them a bit by finding a cup they will fit on and let them steam for a few minutes over some good hot chocolate. And of course you can thank me:-)
